Payment Terms & Important Billing Details
Hourly Rates are applied to service hours (time) only. Services rendered outside of normal business hours are subject to +$10 more per hour, beyond base rate. Additional expenses tied to the task(s) are billed separately (parking fees, shopping, admission fees, etc). Client is responsible for all fees billed in addition to service time (i.e. goods & services associated with each assignment: dry cleaning cost, grocery bill, admissions, parking fees, etc.)
Convenient Payment Methods:
– The “Cash” app
(by Square) is FREE and the preferred method of transferring funds instantly between Rhonda & Client, to cover costs of goods associated with the tasks. Also available for 1st Bank Customers is the P2P Feature, which is a FREE and secure $ transfer service available through the 1st Bank online account management/app.
– Credit cards accepted (Proper ID/verification may be required) Subject to a 2.75% transaction fee.
– Cash (& gratuity) are always welcomed.
– Payment for all invoicing is due upon receipt. Balances not satisfied in full are subject to steep surcharges and additional fees.
– Detailed receipts will be provided to each client via email once services are complete. (may take up to 24 hrs to receive official receipt).
-Alternate billing terms may be established for certain circumstances (written agreement required between Rhonda & Client). We can work together to customize a plan that suits you best.

CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ERRONEOUS CREDIT CARD CHARGES, LATE FEES, RETURNED CHECK FEES, OR INCURRED FEFES THAT RESULT FROM CIRCUMSTANCES OUT OF RHONDA’S CONTROL OR OVERSIGHTS BY THE CLIENT.*
